Student Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • If you purchase access online, you may cancel your subscription within two weeks of purchase and receive a full refund. Contact Tech Support to get your refund.
  • If you purchased access to an e-book, you can receive a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase if you have not accessed (viewed or printed) more than 20% of the content. To check your eligibility and request a refund, Contact Tech Support.
  • If you have purchased access online to LaunchPad or another online course space and you drop the course, you can contact tech support within 2 weeks of purchasing access to get a refund. Contact Tech Support to get your refund. You can then re-purchase access when you take the course later.
  • If you purchased an access card packaged with a printed textbook, the access code may not be valid if the package has been opened. You will need to contact the bookstore about a refund, since Technical support is not able to refund purchases made at campus bookstores. Please note that if you have already registered the access card you will not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds will be automatically credited to the credit card you used to purchase your subscription.

Macmillan Learning reserves the right to change the terms of our refund policy at our sole discretion.
